Our tenancy's are for a period of up to 50 weeks and are all inclusive, meaning the rent you pay includes all bills. Our student properties benefit from up to 350Mbps Fibre Optic Broadband and also include a large screen TV with Freeview channels and TV licence. Most of our Student Properties also include attractive courtyard gardens.

All our Student Houses are registered with the University of Gloucestershire and are all inspected bi-annually by the University of Gloucestershire Accommodation Department. Our Student Houses are also advertised on the University of Gloucestershire Studentpad Website.
